The team at Speiser Krause recently resolved litigation arising from the crash of a Cessna Citation aircraft owned by Brook Haven Properties, LLC that crashed during an attempted takeoff from Robertson Field in Plainville, Connecticut, resulting in the deaths of two passengers and the two-person flight crew.
